Family-Based Immigration

Adjustment of Status allows eligible applicants already in the U.S. to apply for a green card without leaving the country. Consular Processing is used when the applicant is applying from abroad and must attend an interview at a U.S. consulate.

Yes. Under VAWA (Violence Against Women Act), survivors of abuse by a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident spouse, parent, or child may self-petition for legal status without their abuser’s help.

You may qualify for a U Visa if you were the victim of a qualifying crime, suffered harm, and cooperated with law enforcement. U Visas offer work authorization and a path to permanent residence.

Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) is for minors under 21 who have been abused, abandoned, or neglected and cannot be reunified with one or both parents. It offers a pathway to a green card and work authorization.
